You grant us a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Jira (Atlassian), Linear, and OpenAI. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third party's terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Disconnecting an integration will stop data syncing but will not delete previously imported data from Michi.
8. AI-Generated Content
Michi uses AI (powered by OpenAI) to generate roadmaps, sprint recommendations, and velocity predictions. AI-generated content is provided as suggestions and should be reviewed by your team before implementation. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated outputs. Your project data sent to OpenAI for processing is not used to train OpenAI's models.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Check our status page for real-time service status.
10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
